What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Shipping
How much is shipping?
For within the United States, shipping is $2.95 per order. This is NOT a per item charge, but a flat rate per order! So buy for the whole family!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, flat international fee is $11.95.
Are your tees pre-shrunk?
No. Our t-shirts will shrink about a half size if washed and dried under high heat. To extend the life of your garment please follow washing instruction.
What is the best way to wash my tee?
The tees, as previously stated, will shrink a half size if they are washed and dried under heat. We recommend washing in cold water with the garment INSIDE OUT. This is good advice for any graphic tee you own! When drying we recommend line dry or air fluffing. Heat will shrink this tee!
Where are your T-shirts made?
The tees are made in the USA! The graphics are professional printed in Columbus, Ohio.
What shipping services do you offer?
We currently offer standard domestic shipping via The United States Postal Service (USPS).
If you run out of sizes, how long will it take to restock?
Our restock period is usually 2-3 weeks. In the event of an oversold tee, we will contact the buyer and let them know that shipping will take an additional 2-3 weeks.
Pre-sale items are not ordered yet, and will take 2-3 weeks for availability to ship.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped out within 1-3 business days after placing order. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
What if my items don't fit?
We can exchange or return item(s) received within 10 days of date of shipment, provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Please email [email protected] with a description of the problem and to get a return/exchange form. SALE ITEMS are NOT available for exchange or return.
